I can't find the option to cancel my subscription. I clearly remember unsubscribing, but I'm still being charged. #159868

Thank you for your reply. However, I haven't found the entrance to cancel my subscription according to your instructions, and I haven't received any confirmation email regarding the cancellation either. The emergency contact method you provided seems to only direct me back to the loop of submitting tickets rather than solving the problem instantly. I now hope to cancel my subscription quickly instead of dealing with the issue in this endless loop.
To resolve this issue as soon as possible, I can send you my billing notification. Could you please help cancel my subscription directly in the backend? This will greatly save my time and energy.

In the upper-right corner of any page on GitHub, click your profile photo, then click ⚙️ Settings

In the "GitHub Copilot" section, select the Manage subscription dropdown on the right and then click Cancel subscription

I'm facing the same issue and have received no response from GitHub in months. I canceled in October 2023 and was continued to be charged into 2025. I did not have access to GitHub for the majority of this time and am still trying to request a refund or get some form of response. What can I do to escalate this issue? |

Merhaba, bende benzer bir sorun yaşıyorum. copilot plan aboneliğimi iptal ettim ama hala aktif görünüyor. payment history den geçmişe baktım ve 10 USD kredi kartımdan tahsil edildiği halde orada görünmüyor. para iadesi copilot aboneliğimin tamamen iptal edilmesini rica ediyorum. Ayrıca kredi kartı bilgilerimi de sistemden kaldıramıyorum. desteğiniz için tşkler. |

I created a ticket like a year or more about this issue. I explained my
whole situation that I unsubscribed from GitHub copilot but was
continuously charged for a year… GitHub did not provide a refund.. instead
saying that there was a chargeback processing so they could not do anything
until it’s resolved. I wait for 6 more months and inquired again and they
closed the ticket without any explanation.
