Add kaggle-benchmarks to the main image.

Adds kaggle-benchmarks to our main image for some experiments. Relies on Kaggle/kaggle-benchmarks#175, which will allow us to install a slightly abbreviated version of kaggle-benchmarks that does not require the large playwright binaries.

@andrewmwang Is the plan to move to the main image for Kaggle benchmarks? Are we going to set the MP token for all kernel sessions? If not, this could be confusing given you won't be able to use this package.

Apologies if I'm jumping the gun here - I hadn't realized that the local version of benchmarks still requires model proxy. I can run my experiments (which bypass the section of code that needs model proxy) using a wheels install of kaggle-benchmarks if necessary.
