Account Suspension Without Any Prior Notice #199819

Hey, sorry to hear you're going through this — account suspensions without any email notification are genuinely frustrating, especially when important work is at stake.
You've done everything right — ticket #4493824 is your main channel. GitHub Support typically responds within 3–7 business days, sometimes longer during high-volume periods. Keep that thread active by replying once every few days if you haven't heard back. GitHub occasionally suspends accounts automatically due to DMCA takedowns, spam detection, or ToS flags — often without a prior warning email. You can verify if a DMCA notice was filed against your account at: → github.com/github/dmca — search for "Kadantte" If your ticket feels stalled, submit a dedicated appeal here: → support.github.com/contact — select "Account suspension appeal" as the topic You already know this, but worth confirming — this community forum has no access to account systems. GitHub Support is the only path forward. When replying to your ticket, explicitly state: You received no suspension notification email HOPE IT HELPS😊 |

Hello GitHub Community,
I’m posting from a temporary account because my main GitHub account, Kadantte, is currently suspended and I cannot use it to participate here.
I have already contacted GitHub Support and opened ticket #4493824. I provided all the information they requested, including my username, original email address, approximate account-creation location, and any additional details that may help verify ownership of the account. I also replied directly to the existing support email thread, but I have not yet received an update.
I did not receive any email notifying me that my account had been suspended, explaining the reason for the suspension, or advising me of any action I needed to take. I have carefully checked my inbox, spam, junk, trash, and other folders. I have also confirmed that GitHub email addresses and domains are whitelisted by my email provider, but I still cannot find any suspension-related notification.
I genuinely need access to my account because it contains important repositories and development work. I am fully willing to cooperate with GitHub Support, comply with GitHub’s Terms of Service and policies, complete any verification process, and take any corrective steps required to have my account reviewed and restored.
I understand that Community moderators may not be able to review, escalate, or resolve individual account suspensions. I am only asking whether there is another official step I should take or whether I should continue waiting for GitHub Support to respond.
For privacy and security, I will not share my email address or account-verification information publicly.
Thank you for your understanding and any guidance you can provide.
