Hello, Based on the message shown ("Premium request paid usage needs to be enabled in order to use this feature"), it may be worth verifying whether Premium Requests billing has been explicitly enabled for the enterprise, in addition to AI Credits and Copilot Code Review settings. A few questions that could help narrow this down: Is Premium Requests usage enabled in your enterprise billing settings? Since AI Credits are already being consumed, the disabled toggle may indicate a separate billing or policy prerequisite tied specifically to Premium Requests rather than general Copilot usage. Could you share a screenshot of the disabled setting and the related billing configuration (with sensitive information removed)? That might help identify the missing requirement. Thanks. |

Hello, We are trying to enable the setting:
"Allow members without a Copilot license to use Copilot code review in GitHub.com"
However, the toggle is disabled (greyed out) and displays the message:
"Premium request paid usage needs to be enabled in order to use this feature."
We have already verified the following:
Copilot Code Review is enabled at the enterprise level.
AI Credits are enabled and actively being consumed.
We have a Copilot AI Credits budget configured.
Enterprise billing is active and functioning.
We are Enterprise Owners.
Thank you.
