Account Flagged but cant login, no response from support

My friend experiencing an issue with GitHub account https://github.com/AhadSiddiki that appears to be flagged. I am posting this on behalf of him

Current Situation
I can log in to my account normally.
I can create repositories.
Creating discussion is also invisible to others
My account appears to be invisible to other users.
When trying to authorize any third-party application, I receive the following error:
"This account is flagged, and therefore cannot authorize a third party application."

Additional Information
I discovered the issue through third-party authorization failures.
I have already contacted GitHub Support.
My support ticket #4446945 has been open for approximately 3 weeks with no response.
