I am also verified as a student via. ID.me and have attempted to upload my confirmed registration printout information with my full name and school name twice.

If your school email has already been added and verified, but GitHub still can't confirm your enrollment, the issue is often with the verification documents rather than the email itself.

A few things you could check:

Make sure the screenshots clearly show your full name, school name, and a recent enrollment date or current academic term.
If you're uploading screenshots from a student portal, try submitting an official enrollment letter or student ID if your school provides one.
Ensure the information on your GitHub account matches the information on the documents.
If you've recently updated your school email, it may take some time for the verification system to process the change.

If you've already submitted all of this and the application is still being rejected, I would recommend contacting GitHub Education Support directly with the screenshots and any enrollment documents you have.
