If your organization is on a GitHub Copilot Business or Enterprise plan, admins can access usage metrics per user. This includes: Number of Copilot suggestions shown and accepted Percentage of code written by Copilot You can find this data in the Copilot dashboard under your org settings: More details here: At the moment, GitHub does not break down Copilot metrics by repository. Metrics are available at the user and organization/team level, but not per repo. Currently, GitHub doesn't expose detailed Copilot usage metrics through a public API. The usage dashboard within the org settings is your best bet for now. |

Hi everyone,
I’m interested in understanding how GitHub Copilot is being used within my organization and projects. Specifically, I’d like to know:
Is there a way to access Copilot usage metrics broken down by individual user?
Is it possible to view Copilot metrics (such as suggestion acceptance rates or usage statistics) for a specific repository?
Are there any APIs or dashboards that provide this level of detail, or is the data only available at the organization or team level?
Any guidance or documentation links would be appreciated. Thank you!
